Iberiada Colombia 2010 Set To Be A Spectacle!

“Talent, flowers and passion!”, such is the motto of the Iberiada 2010, which will be taking place in Bogota, Colombia from June 27th to July 1st. It is set to include a vast parade of different activities, such as a specially themed celebration, exclusive dinners including traditional Colombian music and a parade of the flags of all the participating delegations as the opening to the congress.

The Iberiada – also known as the ‘17th Latin American Congress of Florists’ – particularly aims to demonstrate the talent and passion of the local participants in the floral trade, with special showcases by the international students as well as the professors of the Latin American School of Floral Art (EIAF), which also hosts the event. On top of that, there will be two spectacular demonstrations by master designers Gregor Lersch (Germany) and Llum Benedicto (Spain), both vanguard icons of the Floral Art in recent years.

The overall goal is to make the splendor and joy of Colombia evident in all the aspects of the convention, and to make the Iberiada Colombia 2010 more than just a congress, and in fact a true opportunity for growth. At the same time, of course, what is most important is simply the happiness of sharing with friends and colleagues the feeling that unites us all – the love of flowers!
