Turnover Increase Of 4.7 Billion Euro In 2017

We are closing 2017 with a turnover of 4.7 billion euro. This is a 1.2% increase on the previous year. This increase in turnover is due to higher prices of flowers and plants (+3.9% average) and a smaller delivery (-1.8%).

In 2017, Royal FloraHolland traded in 12 billion products in total. The detailed report with the definite figures for 2017 will be published later in the annual report in spring. For now, the figures by product group.

Cut flowers

The total turnover of cut flowers sold through Royal FloraHolland in 2017 was 2.7 billion euro. This is an increase of 0.4% on 2016. The volume of this product group decreased by 2.0%.
