To kick off the season that is synonymous with outdoor barbecuing, Ball Park is helping Americans create another summer of memorable backyard grilling moments by having consumers share their favorite cookout photos on Facebook for the chance to win the “Ultimate 4th of July Bash.” When visiting the Ball Park Facebook page, fans can also view grilling videos and expert tips for creating an unforgettable barbecue this summer. With the addition of Deli Style Beef Franks, Ball Park will bring the authentic New York deli taste to backyards across the country, offering consumers another way to make their summer sizzle.

.Beginning on May 25th at 9:00 a.m. EST, consumers who visit and “like” the Ball Park Franks Facebook fan page can upload a photo and a 140 word description depicting one of their most memorable summer grilling moments spent with family and friends. One randomly selected grand prize winner will be awarded the “Ultimate 4th of July Bash,” which includes $1,000 towards an Independence Day party and a grilling party pack, complete with all of the essential tools needed to cook-up mouthwatering meals this summer season. Additionally, ten runner-up winners will also be awarded the fully equipped grilling party pack.
Consumers will have until June 15th to upload their “Grilling Days of Summer” photos, and winners will be announced on the Ball Park Franks Facebook fan page in late June. In addition to the sweepstakes, the Grilling Days of Summer tab on the Ball Park Franks Facebook page will include a series of videos featuring Ball Park Chef Catherine De Orio, where she will share expert advice on everything from “must know” safety tips to the do’s and don’ts of dressing a hot dog. Accompanying the videos will be a list of unique tips for grilling like a pro this summer, shared by Chef De Orio and selected influential bloggers.
