Concord Foods is introducing a new addition to its line of produce companion items – BLUEBERRY MUFFIN MIX. This new Blueberry Muffin Mix provides consumers with a high quality, easy-to-make muffin mix. It contains natural flavors, no preservatives and no hydrogenated oils.
The BLUEBERRY MUFFIN MIX, unlike current all-in-one dry mixes, is a unique product that simply requires one cup of fresh blueberries, milk and an egg to be added to the mix. The mix contains notes of vanilla and butter flavor, which compliment the fresh blueberries and bakes 12 moist, home-made style muffins. This innovative product will be available in the fresh produce department of major food retailers next to blueberries, providing consumers with blueberries and a blueberry muffin mix in one easy location.

Consumers will be able to purchase the product in the U.S. starting in February 2012. BLUEBERRY MUFFIN MIX is packaged in an eye catching decorated box. The mix will be available in 12 unit cartons and 48 unit floor display shippers.
Distribution channels are expected to include retail grocery stores, mass merchandisers and club stores in the U.S.
