Craig Carlson has recently launched his own consulting business, Carlson Produce Consulting.

Craig Carlson has held senior leadership positions in the fresh foods industry for 30 years working with regional, national and global organizations including Wal-Mart, US Foods and Pathmark. Craig’s experience particularly falls in the areas of procurement category management, supply chain management, strategic planning and driving innovation.

Carlson Produce Consulting’s goal is to act as a coach who can help retailers, foodservice providers, wholesalers, grower shippers and supply chain solution providers like rail and truck transportation companies.
