Westlake, FL: J&J Family of Farms is pleased to announce their expansion into the organic produce space with Farmganic™.
The new organic line, Farmganic™ initially includes certified organic green peppers, yellow squash, zucchini and cucumbers.
“This is just the beginning for J&J, as we plan on expanding our organic product offerings by developing our own organic production and expanding our grower network to provide organic produce on a year-round basis,” said Lynn Rundle, Chairman and CEO.
“Of the consumers who purchase organic food, 35% make their purchases from the produce department. J&J’s headquarters in Westlake, Florida was the first of their multiple locations to obtain organic certification by Quality Certification Services (QCS). Their organic rollout includes obtaining certification at each of their primary shipping points.
