Measure to Improve LLC Builds Out Leadership Team

SALINAS, Calif – Measure to Improve, LLC (MTI) is excited to announce the addition of Jennifer Norfolk as the new Vice President of Operations. Jennifer Norfolk most recently served as a Director at Winrock International, a global nonprofit organization focused on environmental sustainability and agricultural development. She led the Forestry and Natural Resource Management team and managed offices in Africa and Asia to implement programs funded by USAID and the Department of State. Prior to Winrock, she led similar teams for two other large nonprofits focused on international development and sustainability.

At MTI, Jennifer will lead staff in delivering high-quality sustainability programming and building the organization’s systems as it grows. She is passionate about finding win-win solutions for clients and the planet and has worked in dozens of countries on a range of sustainability and climate challenges. She will identify broader policy and industry trends and position MTI to respond to evolving client needs. She has a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Morganne Sigismonti has also joined the MTI team this summer as a new Program Associate. Morganne has recently completed her Master’s of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a TRUE Zero Waste Certified Advisor. Morganne will support our zero waste and sustainable packaging programs, including guiding clients to accomplish TRUE Zero Waste certification by achieving 90% diversion of waste from landfills. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
