Chelsea, MA – New for 2016, Morning Kiss Organic will expand its produce offerings to include organic limes and organic bi-color corn. These products will join Morning Kiss Organic's current program offerings, including navels, valencias, tangerines, lemons, minneolas, grapefruit, avocados, cara cara navels, as well as potatoes, onions and East Coast vegetables.
Partnering with growers in Mexico, Morning Kiss Organic will offer fresh, high quality organic limes year round. The limes were initially debuted at the New York Produce Show in December 2015, where the Morning Kiss Organic booth featured samples of artisan ice cream made with their products, including a Citrus Thyme Sorbet showcasing the organic limes. "With consumer demand for organic produce continuously growing, we aim to provide retailers the widest range of fresh produce year round. This refreshing citrus will make an excellent addition to our program offerings," says Alden Guptill, Director of Operations. Now shipping, retail packaging ranges from 3-count sleeves to 1lb-2lb packages, and bulk 10lb and 40lb cartons.
Also in January, Morning Kiss Organic will begin shipping organic bi-color corn. Joining many other Morning Kiss Organic products sourced from East Coast farmers, this high quality corn is grown in Florida and inspected locally. Available in 2-pack or 3-pack trays, the small count packaging is convenient for consumers and also ideal for retailers, minimizing shrink and simplifying checkout scanning. "Fresh and sweet, corn is a favorite dish in the Northeast, and we are excited to work with Florida growers to offer organic corn to our customers," says Nelly Czajkowski, Sales Manager.
Both organic limes and organic bi-color corn will be packed fresh to order. As with all of its organic produce, Morning Kiss Organic offers highly customized retail programs to meet the needs of each individual retailer.
