Dual Line Weigher
New to the market, SGE’s Upmatic 2715 weigher (pictured) enables two different weights to be processed simultaneously. This unique, versatile feature allows the user to allocate, for example, one line for 5 pound bags while the other handles 10 pound bags. The same would apply to varying weights for each line. On-demand weighing buckets swivel without the use of any working tools and allow for quick filling. Computer-driven accuracy ensures the high speed equipment operates properly and reliably at optimal levels. Convenient part and component access allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
High Production Bagger
SGE is also featuring the new INNO-TECH 3800 REVO bagger which delivers more package production per minute than the average bagger. This new bagger offers advanced speed and features that allow it to sustain 48-50 bags per minute which substantially surpass inferior equipment that only averages between 21-32 bags per minute. It also features a stainless steel frame and cabinet for exceptional durability. Drives, shafts and bearings are specially designed for low maintenance and high performance. The user-friendly PC-controlled touch screen design allows for easy operation. Users of the INNO-TECH 3800 will realize smooth, vibration-free, silent equipment operation even at high speed.
Extraction System for Onion and Potato Facilities
To proactively address the need for improved air quality of onion and potato packaging and processing facilities, SGE is introducing the Jongejans dust extraction system. Designed to suit a customer’s specific business requirements, this solution offers a clean working environment by eliminating dust from your product and workplace and reduces cleanup time by removing onion husks/skins from various points throughout the packing line. The system is self-cleaning, has low noise and creates no fluctuations in temperature. As a result, your product is cleaner and your staff enjoys a healthier, dust-free work environment.
UV Blocking Potato Packing Film
The new ScanBreeze Light Blocking Film for potato packers will be available for review which features a special design to reduce the greening of potatoes that provides longer shelf life. No longer will packers have to depend on the outdated process of wicket bags as SGE’s ScanBreeze film allows faster processing with yields up to 50 bags per minute on the INNO-TECH REVO bagger – double the standard packing speed. Safe and reliable, the new potato packing film offers customers measurably improved speed that produces marked efficiency gains.
