APB Inc. dba Vision Produce Company, operating in California and Arizona has sold its interest in Vision Import Group, LLC operating in New Jersey, Texas and Florida, to Raul Millan and Ronnie Cohen.
There are no changes to the ownership of Vision Produce Company. The companies have enjoyed a partnership of 10 years and have decided on independent strategies looking to the future. This change will create two powerful best in class companies with new independent focuses.
