VANCOUVER, B.C. – Monkey Group, an organization whose mission is to help foodservice operators grow sales and increase profits by educating them to become experts at feeding their customers where they live, work and play, today shared details for the 5th annual Takeout, Delivery & Catering Symposium to be held June 3-4, 2019, in Nashville.

“Our annual Takeout, Delivery & Catering Symposium is a unique opportunity to engage with the many brands, service providers and supply chain vendors who are helping to shape the future of food beyond the four walls,” said Erle Dardick, founder and CEO of Monkey Group. “The goal of this event is to help foodservice operators take control of their off-premise business to better serve their on-demand customers.”

The agenda for the 2019 Symposium, available at offpremiseinsights.com/symposium-2019/, includes a look at the future of off-premise, a deep dive into how operators can take back control of their customer analytics, how capturing customer loyalty can improve customer sales and retention, and how a streamlined technology stack can drive efficiency from within an operation.

In addition, an executive panel discussing what it takes to successfully implement a thriving takeout, catering and delivery operation will include Carl Howard, CEO of Fazoli’s, Frank Paci, CEO of Corner Bakery Cafe, and Bruce Schroder, president of Moe’s.

James Walker, an industry-leading authority in the restaurant channel, will close out the event with a discussion around the future of off-premise, including the changing customer experience, what restaurant brands should be focused on in order to be successful, and the changing business model.
