Aramark Files Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering

PHILADELPHIA, PA – ARAMARK, a world leader in providing food, facilities and uniform services, announced that ARAMARK Holdings Corporation has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay debt.
