Belgian food retailer Delhaize Group said Friday that Rick Anicetti, CEO of Delhaize America Shared Services, is leaving the company.
Delhaze Group did not provide further details on his departure or a potential replacement.
Delhaize Group also said that Carol Herndon, senior vice president of accounting and finance for Delhaize America, was appointed to the newly created position of chief administrative officer for the unit. She will report to Delhaize Group President and CEO Pierre-Olivier Beckers.
