FSNS Appoints Wendy Harmon As Director Of Customer Relations

San Antonio, TX — Food Safety Net Services (FSNS), a leader in the microbial,  chemical testing and auditing of food and nutraceutical products for the food safety industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Harmon to the position of Director of Customer Relations, effective immediately.

In this newly created role, Harmon will serve as a customer service advocate, ensuring that customers are at the center of every business decision. Additionally, Harmon will lead the ongoing integration of CRM within all areas of the company. 

Harmon rejoins FSNS after serving as Customer Service Manager from 2008-2011. With more than 20 years’ experience, she brings a dynamic background in customer service, operations, eCommerce distribution strategies, and project management, most recently holding the position of Director of Customer Operations with Blue Matrix Labs, LLC in Austin, Texas.
