H-E-B Debuts New Ad Spots

SAN ANTONIO — During Sundays big game, H-E-B will give its customers one more reason to cheer as it debuts new TV spots that reinforce its commitment to helping Texas families save money.

The series of 60-second ads will air regionally during the game in Texas, and prominently highlights H-E-Bs cost saving campaign message of No Store Does More for Less.

One particular ad spot features Scott McClelland, President of H-E-B Houston, who stresses that unlike other retailers, H-E-B customers dont need a special discount card to save, but rather everyone enjoys low everyday prices at H-E-B. The ad then highlights photos of real H-E-B customers that have chosen H-E-B as their number one shop and save destination.

A second ad features children secretly planning their day of activities, which will see them using up paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, diapers and more, all in the spirit of adventure. The ad underscores the value associated with families stocking up on key items at H-E-B, and calls to mind the companys recent lowering of prices on more than 5,000 products that customers use the most.

We know our customers are looking at every opportunity to stretch their dollars and save. We are committed to helping them do just that, while offering the freshness and quality that we have built our reputation on for more than 100 years, said Cory Basso, H-E-B Group Vice President of Marketing and Advertising.

Following their debut on Sunday, the ads will go into regular rotation and will be shown during the coming months.
