City of Industry, Calif. — Jacmar Foodservice Distribution, California’s premier foodservice distributor, recently announced the appointment of Jim Hliboki as their new President. He will assume the role beginning immediately.
Jim most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Jacmar Foodservice Distribution since 2013. Before landing at Jacmar, Jim’s experience includes positions at Warner Music, Sony Music and Ernst & Young. Jim’s appointment to President comes following the departure of Randy Moore who served as President for the last three years.

John Tilley is a third generation owner and was nominated to the position of President in 2017 after serving on the board of directors for previous three years. He assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and oversees all strategic planning, investment management, and capital allocation.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in NY State (inactive).
