ODENTON, Md. — Key Impact Sales & Systems, Inc. (KeyImpact) announces the acquisition of PAMS, Inc. (PAMS), a packaging, supply, janitorial, and sanitation manufacturer Sales Agency doing business across California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. Adding PAMS into KeyImpact’s current Packaging & Supply portfolio further strengthens the company’s mix of seasoned industry professionals encompassing category and channel expertise.

Established in 1946 and headquartered in Pomona, CA, PAMS is owned and managed by Terry Beal(President and CEO) and Gregory Woods (Vice President). Collectively, Terry and Gregory have over 50 years of packaging and supply industry experience, and both veterans will continue to lead the PAMS day-to-day business as a division of KeyImpact.
