Lipari Foods LLC has purchased assets of Dairy Fresh Foods Inc., adding its products to its portfolio, the Warren-based distributor announced Monday.
The acquisition closed Aug. 11. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lipari will merge Taylor-based Dairy Fresh into its Warren facility, where it recently completed a 262,000-square-foot expansion project. Dairy Fresh plans to close its Taylor facility and lay off 180 by the end of October.
