Although, the well-known Texan greeting is more than likely not the formal salutation one will receive on Thursday, February 15th upon entering the doors of the PreGel International Training Centers – Dallas from 10:00 am-4:00 pm for its first Open House event, the overall experience will be just as rich.
PreGel's fifth and newest state-of-the-art U.S. learning facility will open its doors to showcase its kitchen; range of top-of-the-line culinary equipment; variety of superior dessert ingredients and the exceptional finished desserts they easily create. The Open House will also provide networking prospects for aspiring dessert industry entrepreneurs, current owners/operators, and professional chefs looking for supplies, ingredients, or expansive educational opportunities.
