Mike Bradley comes to Produce Alliance (PA) bringing more than 20 years of produce experience. Mike began his career as part of a family-owned trucking corporation that was later sold to a national-scale, market leading logistics company. Hired by the acquiring company, he continued his hands-on produce education, taking on the task of learning and succeeding at buying and selling produce, and assuming additional leadership roles along the way. From there, Mike’s knowledge of the produce industry, cemented with his strong financial and managerial skills, he was named COO of one of the largest produce processors and distributors in the country, a role he held before coming to Produce Alliance.
Produce Alliance’s focus on growth, innovation and scalability will be brought into sharp focus with Mike joining the team. His strengths, including a real passion and understanding of the produce business will be keys to PA’s continued successes as the premier provider of best in class customer service, efficiencies, and quality in all areas. Building on the core competencies that Produce Alliance already has in place, Mike will give the additional internal leadership to assist in accelerating the strong growth trajectory they have already achieved.
