Technomic Names Winners Of Inaugural Canadian Restaurant Consumers' Choice Awards

CHICAGO – Technomic Inc. recently presented its first ever Canadian Restaurant Consumers' Choice Award winners. Selected by consumers, the winners were recognized at the Canadian Trends & Directions Conference in Brampton, ON.

As part of its comprehensive Consumer Brand Metrics: Canadian Restaurants program, Technomic asks consumers to rate leading Canadian restaurant chains on more than 60 different attributes designed to capture the consumer experience from every angle, from the quality of the food to the overall brand reputation. The ongoing study records more than 16,000 consumer visits annually.

Based on analysis of consumer ratings in five key areas—food and beverage, service, atmosphere, brand image and brand loyalty—Technomic has determined the inaugural winners of its Canadian Restaurant Consumers' Choice Awards:
