Parking was tough to find at Cast Net Seafood in New Orleans East, as crowds searched for seafood for the Easter holiday.
“I have crawfish, I have oysters, I have catfish, I have boiled shrimp,” said smiling customer Natasha Lawrence. “You’re going to have a happy family? Oh am I?”
Seafood is king on Good Friday in New Orleans, and crawfish are the crown jewels. Greg Monroe was 60th in line.
“I’m going to wait, though, I’m going to wait, it’s going to be worth the wait though.”
