(OTCQB: SHMP) announced today that it plans to file a second registration statement under the Company’s Equity Financing Agreement to raise additional funds through its $7,000,000 Equity Financing Agreement with GSH Investments (GSH) to continue expanding its business operations and for general working capital purposes.
NaturalShrimp, Inc. is a publicly traded AquaTech Company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with production facilities located near San Antonio, Texas. The Company has developed the first commercially viable system for growing shrimp in enclosed, salt water systems, using patented technology to produce fresh, never frozen, naturally grown shrimp without the use of antibiotics or toxic chemicals. The initial Company Registration Statement, filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, on September 7, 2018, was approved by the SEC for the sale of common shares that may be issued to GHS under the terms of the Equity Financing Agreement. The Company has the right, at its sole discretion and over a period of three years, to sell up to $7,000,000 of common stock to GHS under the terms set forth in the Equity Financing Agreement.
