Eataly, the largest Italian retail and dining experience in North America, has chosen ‘Green-Rated’ Nordic Blu Salmon as the official Atlantic salmon to supply their stores across the country, including locations in Boston, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
“We’re honored that the first national partnership for Nordic Blu Salmon is with Eataly, a brand respected around the world for quality and authenticity,” says Mike Moniz, Managing Director of CleanFish, the sole importer of Nordic Blu to North America.
Nordic Blu Salmon is called out by name at Eataly fresh counters, on their restaurant menus, and is now the only Atlantic salmon the stores will offer.
