Lakeland, FL – Tampa Maid Foods, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Rod Stokes as Director, Food Safety & Quality. Rod will be responsible for food product quality and safety at Tampa Maid Foods.
Rod brings over 15 years of experience in the seafood industry, with a background and masters degree in marine biology. He formerly worked with Tampa Bay Fisheries establishing and enforcing quality and reliability standards, and he also worked at the University of South Florida in marine microbiology. Rod’s experience in quality assurance and regulatory roles will be an asset to the growth and development of Tampa Maid Foods.
Rod lives in Valrico, Florida with his wife and two children.
