The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) is currently accepting letters of interest from Alaska seafood industry members for positions on the ASMI operational and species committees. The species committees, Salmon, Halibut-Sablefish, Whitefish, and Shellfish, and operational committees, International Marketing, Retail Marketing, Foodservice Marketing, and Seafood Technical, work with the agency to develop a global marketing strategy for the Alaska Seafood brand.
Individuals may send a letter of interest and resume to mrehfeld@alaskaseafood.org by October 14. Committee appointments will be determined by the ASMI Board of Directors on October 30, 2013.
