Chelan High School Junior Takes Top Prize in WAEF Art Contest

WAEF and Corteva Agriscience representatives announced the grand prize winner at Chelan High School with principal Brad Long, the art teacher, Damian Smith, and art class peers in attendance. Chelan High School junior Macie Cowan is the Grand Prize winner in the 27th Annual Washington Apple Education Foundation (WAEF) Year of the Apple (YOTA) Art Contest sponsored by Corteva Agriscience.

United Fresh Produce Association announced the members of the 2021-2022 United Fresh Produce Industry Leadership Program Leadership Class 26. United Fresh introduced the 12 members of Class 26 during a live webinar, which included a celebration of Class 25, before they graduate next month at the United Fresh Washington Conference.

The application period has opened for the Class 26 of the United Fresh Produce Industry Leadership Program. Since its inception in 1995, more than 250 produce industry professionals have graduated from this exclusive program, thanks to the generous support of founding sponsor Corteva Agriscience.
