Prairie Farms Makes a Splash into Single-Serve Iced Coffee Category

With the rise in popularity of ready-to-drink coffee, Prairie Farms is expanding its presence in the category with two new single-serve options in Mocha and Caramel flavors. The single-serve introduction was inspired by the success of the company’s iced coffee, which has been sold in half gallon cartons since 2013.

The annual National Milk Producers Federation Cheese and Yogurt Contest recently wrapped up, and it was a successful year for Prairie Farms Dairy. With an impressive 20 ribbons, including the Chairman’s Award, the contest’s highest honor, for Cave Aged Rinded Swiss Cheese and Best Italian Award for Pasteurized Blue Cheese, Prairie Farms won more awards than any other company competing in the contest.

Prairie Farms Clinches Big Wins at NMPF Cheese and Yogurt Contest

The annual National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) Cheese and Yogurt Contest just concluded. Prairie Farms was unstoppable with sweeps in the Swiss Cheese, 2% Cottage Cheese, Flavored Cottage Cheese, and 1% Yogurt categories. Prairie Farms was also awarded “Best Cottage Cheese” for Regular Small Curd 4% made in Carbondale, Illinois. Prairie Farms received 18 awards – the most of any company competing in this year’s contest.
