FDA Proposes Changes to Agricultural Water Requirements in the Produce Safety Rule
Under this proposal, farms would be required to conduct annual systems-based agricultural water assessments to determine and guide appropriate measures to minimize potential risks associated with pre-harvest agricultural water.
