Yanick Gervais Appointed President and CEO of Olymel
Ghislain Gervais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Olymel, is proud to announce the appointment of Yanick Gervais as President and CEO of Olymel L.P. Yanick Gervais was chosen to succeed to Réjean Nadeau, who passed away from cancer on October 14. Given that Mr. Nadeau was unable to perform his duties, Yanick Gervais had already been appointed as interim CEO on October 7. Until now, he had held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations at Olymel and was responsible for managing over 30 pork and poultry processing plants, mostly in Quebec but also in Ontario, Alberta and New Brunswick.
