Pie is no stranger to the dessert table, but now the old favorite is being served up in a new way at Tootie Pie Co. Gourmet Cafés.
Tootie Pie-on-a-Stick, a frozen pie slice dipped in white or milk chocolate, anyone?
“We wanted a cold summer treat that people could enjoy outside,” says Don Merrill, president and CEO of Tootie Pie Co. “We tried the recipe first with our buttermilk pie, and we all liked it. So, we thought it would be a good idea.”
Tootie Pie-on-a-Stick, which sells for $5.95 a pop, comes in four flavors: Buttermilk, Heavenly Chocolate, Keylime Margarita or Pecan.
