Profile: Manitowac's Natural Ovens Bakery

With 160 employees in Manitowoc, as well as distribution depots in Milwaukee and Madison, baking, production and distribution activities go on six days a week on three shifts with the only break from Friday night until Saturday noon.

Its top selling bread varieties are "100 percent Whole Grain," "Right White," and "Multi Grain," while its top selling bagel varieties are cinnamon and raisin, blueberry and "Brainy," which contains fresh shredded carrots and ground flax seeds to provide beta carotene and Omega-3.
