2015 Symposium Coordinator Marie Ackerman AIFD, CFD and Program Chair Vonda LaFever AIFD, CFD, unveiled their proposed theme and logo for the 50th Anniversary National Symposium to be held in Denver, Colo., June 30 – July 4, 2015 at the spectacular Sheraton Downtown. The hotel is located just off the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall – where shopping, restaurants and museums are within walking distance.
The theme proposed by the pair managing the event is “Journey” – a fitting representation of the legacy of the past creative artists, the current members and an eye toward the future members of the organization.
“Every AIFD member’s journey is different” said Ackerman, “and that’s the beauty of coming together each year and sharing techniques, best practices and inspiring ideas” she added.
