What if there was a way to know that a certain product from a certain region is always a good choice? Well, in Cà Mau province in Southern Vietnam, they’re trying to offer exactly that promise, for environmentally sustainable shrimp — a product that globally has been plagued by problems such as mangrove loss, excessive and illegal use of environmentally harmful chemicals, and forced labor.
