The week of April 16th, watch your inbox for IBIE e-mail! All current members of the three sponsoring associations (ABA, BEMA and RBA) and all past exhibitors will be sent an e-mail notification. This will contain hyperlinks to the IBIE website where you will find the prospectus, application/contract and floor plan.
We encourage you to print the application and mail it back along with your deposit check (or wire transfer) at your earliest opportunity. As in the past, credit cards are not accepted. Also, please do NOT send your application to the bank lockbox shown on the application via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service overnight mail. It slows down the receipt of your application when it goes into the local post office for signature.
The deadline for submission of your application is May 14, 2012. All applications are then awarded priority points based on past history of membership and square footage. Companies submitting applications and deposits by the deadline will be sent a specific date/time for space selection. It is anticipated that the assignments will be over the dates of June 27 & 28.
