Rollo Mio was founded nine years ago by father and son team, Manfred and Stefan Hildebrandt , and has developed a reputation for high quality breads and excellent customer service. Kuzari and the Hildebrandts have partnered to recapitalize Rollo Mio in order to provide the capital to increase production and distribution capacity to meet the exceptional demand for Rollo Mio 's products.
