The Clarence Chamber of Commerce will hold its 47th annual awards dinner Thursday, March 7, at Samuel’s Grande Manor in Clarence. This year’s dinner theme is “I Love Clarence.”
Tickets for the dinner are available by calling the chamber office at 631-3888 or through the organization’s website at www.clarencechamber.org.
The chamber will honor McDuffies Bakery as Large Business of the Year.
In 1976, David Thomas, along with his wife Paula and three children, moved to Clarence and took with him a collection of recipes from his Grandma McDuff. The small house at the corner of Main Street and Kraus Road was purchased and the company was born.
