Ryan Technology is please to announce that we will now be offering the option of CT-500 series Ryton coating on our slicer blades!
What is Ryton you ask? Ryton is a thermoplastic coating, light tan in color, that has the advantages of Teflon, but with increased durability. It also has superior resistance to impact and abrasion and complies with FDA regulation 121.2621 for food contact.
We can also offer this coating on other components of our slicers, like product guides. The bakeries trying it out love it! It is performing better than the coating we have been using on our blades.
