Former Microsoft manager Michael Pinckney is in the cookie business big time. You can hear him talk about his cookie biz on the Tavis Smiley show Friday April 15 on KUOW FM 94.9, Smiley breaking his own rule against product mentions on air. He gives Pinckney about ten minutes for the interview.
Pinckney, who learned to bake as a child at his mother’s knee, has been working on chocolate chip recipes all his adult life. It paid off.
His Pinckney Cookie Cafe cookies are sold at Whole Foods, on weekends at Novelty Hill Januik Winery in Woodinville and will be available at AmazonFresh soon.
