VINELAND — Work is underway on a planned $32 million expansion of a Canadian-based baking operation here, a move that city officials said will triple the facility’s work force.
Bridor Inc. is adding more than 45,000 square feet to its 132,000-square-foot Bridor USA plant on Industrial Way in the Vineland Industrial Park South.
Plans call for the plant, Bridor’s only facility in the United States, to add 98 workers to its current 50 employee staff over the next two years, according to city Economic Development Director Sandra Forosisky. Ten temporary workers will become full-time employees, she said.
