Twin Falls, Idaho – Glanbia broke ground July 13th for a new headquarters and Cheese Innovation Center in Downtown Twin Falls.The event brought dignitaries and community members together to celebrate a momentous occassion for the area.
President and CEO Jeff Williams, Glanibia Foods says, "a lot of time and effort has gone into getting us to this day and we're excited about there's finally some noticeable construction going on."
21 years ago Glanbia invested in the Magic Valley. At the time, CEO Jeff Wlliams says Idaho ranked 11th for milk production in the country and close to that for American–style cheese production.
Williams adds, "then Glanbia came in and bought a small cheese company and subsequently invested $300 million over the last 21 years to grow that business nearly 30 fold including our joint venture plant in New Mexico."
