Great Lakes Cheese Co. has agreed to transfer ownership of 5.16 acres at 17800 Great Lakes Cheese Parkway, Troy Township, to neighboring Blazin’ Bills in exchange for the 5.28 acres on which the restaurant currently is located.
The agreement is a major step toward an initiative both companies share, growth that is beneficial for their employees, customers, community and business, according to a Nov. 13 press release.
Blazin’ Bills will take this opportunity to update its restaurant and create an enhanced dining experience for its patrons while Great Lakes Cheese will use the property to expand and modernize its current campus operations, the release said.
