BUFFALO, N.Y. – There is a new consumer alert Friday morning. Both Wegmans and Tops have posted recall alerts for Hood 16 oz. Fiber One cottage cheese.
Hood says there may be pieces of metal in the cottage cheese from a faulty manufacturing part. The recall is only for containers with a use by date of June 14th.
Both Wegmans and Tops are offering full refunds for the product.
