Calabro Cheese Corp. is pleased to announce that Richard Roughton will join Calabro as Plant Manager on September 23, 2013.
Richard brings over 15 years of innovative, hands-on plant management experience to us, including a decade as Plant Manager at Mozzarella Fresca, (now Galban/Lactalis) and over five years at Cantare Foods, where he was Operations Manager for their Dairy Division.
I feel Calabro has made a GREAT decision in bringing Richard on board. In addition to his operations experience, he is that rare person who is knowledgeable about integrating the sales and production sides, which is crucial to business success.
