Mt Sterling Coop Creamery is excited to announce that they will be showcasing a new product this year as part of our Artisan line-Sterling Bleu and Smoked Sterling Bleu! This is a cave-aged raw milk goat blue. The Smoked Bleu is naturally hardwood smoked. We have partnered with the famous Caves of Faribault to age our Sterling Bleu. What a beautiful cheese this is!
