West End’s own Paradox Farm took home honors at the North Carolina State Fair cheese competition.
Paradox Farm won four blue ribbons for old-time favorites “Cheese Louise!”, “Feta Complee”, and newcomers “Up-A-Creek” and “Summer Hill.”
Last year, Paradox Farm won three ribbons for “Feta Complee”, “Cheese Louise” and Guy Noir.”
