Pulaski Meats Launches New Branded Deli-Meats: 'Deli-Essentials'

Linden, NJ  – Pulaski Meat Products, a family owned USDA inspected meat processing plant located in Linden, NJ announced today they have launched a new line of 29 branded deli-meats under the name of Deli-Essentials. The new line is in response to consumer’s desires for luncheon meats that are made without fillers and are minimally processed and taste great. With over 44 years of family tradition and experience, Pulaski Meats is now offering its new line of Deli-Essentials to retailers, wholesalers and distributors. The new line of deli-meats is truly unique and is made for today’s ever expanding consumer palates. The line is also available for private label programs.

Pulaski Meats’ new line of Deli-Essentials are based upon “Old World” family recipes and are handmade by an elite group of Polish butchers who have spent years in Europe apprenticing before immigrating to the United States.

Hams: Country Style Smoked Boneless Ham, Black Forest Ham, Cooked Ham, Fabulous Old Fashion, Mediterranean Ham, Tuscan Ham, Krolewski Ham, Baked Ham, Staropolska Ham, Hunter Ham and Mini Smoked Style Ham.

Loafs and Specialties: Kielbasy Loaf with Cracked Pepper, Roasted Red Pepper Loaf, Garden Pickle Loaf New England Bologna, Rolada, Veal Loaf, Baked Loaf, German Bologna, Tyrolska Loaf, Delicate Liver Spread, Liverwurst Blood and Tongue,Head Cheese, and Krakowska.

Loins: Boneless Smoked Loin, Farmers Loin, and Smoked Loin wrapped with Bacon.
