Saputo Cheese USA is proud to announce that Saputo Cheese USA Inc. has won the following awards at the 2017 Wisconsin State Fair! The contest was open to all licensed Wisconsin cheese makers with a total of 27 cheese categories. The top winning cheeses will be featured at the Blue-Ribbon Cheese & Butter Auction, which will take place on Thursday, August 10th.
Our 2017 award-winning cheeses include:
- 1st Place in blue-veined cheese with Black River® Blue cheese
- 1st Place in flavored goat milk cheese with Joan of Arc® Wild Blueberry Vanilla Chevre
- 3rd Place in flavored semi-soft cheese with Great Midwest® Blueberry Cobbler Cheddar
- 3rd Place in flavored goat milk cheese with Joan of Arc® Raspberry Chevre
