Cheese is far from a new discovery, but that doesn’t keep the owners of Sweet Grass Dairy from trying new things with it.
Since 2005, Jessica and Jeremy Little have been operating the dairy farm located in Thomasville, Ga. They took over the family business, which was started by Jessica Little’s family — the Wehners.
Business started out small, but has since greatly expanded, putting Sweet Grass on the map.
“Jeremy always says, ‘cheese is ancient,’ ” Jessica Little said. “And it’s true, cheese isn’t new, but they are innovative.”
