NEW YORK, NY – Privately-owned Ode à la Rose, a popular flower bouquet company based in New York, has acquired the renowned floral and event design studio Bastille Flowers and Events, also based in New York, its co-founders announced today. Together, they will expand Ode’s fast-growing online gift services to the world of upscale wedding and floral events.

Ode’s acquisition of Bastille, a lauded name in the world of weddings and one-of-a-kind events, marks the start of a new era for the company with the newly formed division Ode Events.
Ode à la Rose was founded in 2012 by Plusquellec and Louis Brunet, two Frenchmen who’ve worked ceaselessly to create an efficient same and next-day flower delivery service for their Parisian-style handmade bouquets, operating throughout the northeast of the United States and in the Chicago area. Sourcing their flowers from a selection of the best eco-friendly farms in Ecuador, Colombia and the Netherlands, they’ve been celebrated for the impeccable taste of the flower arrangements coming from their ateliers and for the swiftness of their delivery services.
